Would like to build a streetable/smoggable 347.Can 400RWHP be achieved N/A?Recommendations?
Has anyone done this or close to it? Requirements would be:
*Be run on pump gas.
*Be able to pass the California sniffer thru the tails.
*No crazy idle, to where the cops are sitting/staring next to you at the light thinking "WTF is wrong with this guys car?"
*What parts list would you have?

rough idle is ok, just not too crazy! can be quiet with some big magnaflows

I see what your saying, sounds like its going to be an interesting build to say the least. I dont have first hand experience with Cali emissions but from what I hear from people they are ridiculous.

You can build an emissions legal 400 RWHP 347.
Check out a couple of the cam guys. They will let you know what can do it, and what will not.
I have a suggestion that can get you there.
