pvc value help please

Default pvc value help please

where does the pvc hose run to from the value cover does it run in the back of my weind stealth manifold on the highest run or to the carb

The pcv hose runs from the valve cover to the big vacuum port on the carburetor. That's where it is on my car anyway, haha.

Idk about your carb, but if you look at the bottom of it with it off the intake, you can see that the crankcase pressure is not coming close to anything within the carb. It is sucked directly into the intake. That's why they call it the pcv port...

what type of carb do you have? normally the pcv connection is right off the flange base on a carbed intake or if it's a hooley carb on the rear of the base venturie plate there is a pcv connection..generally you want to avoid tapping off a vaccum source for a specific runner on the intake as it'll lean that cylinder out.. you want it more at a central location to balance out the draw in of pcv vapors

i have a elderbrock 600 my brake boster is in the front of the carb that is where it was when i bought it

pics r 2 big man, i got my booster hooked to the front of my carb and i dont have a pcv valve... i dont really know what to do about one either, or if i actually need it

do you guys no whats up with trying to buy value covers that will clears rollor rockers and get them with the holes already in them for carb motor i was wanting the square ford racing value covers but i think only one comes with a hole in it for the oil
