anyone ever install newstyle "glow" guages?
i keep seeing those "night glow" type guages on ebay for like $10, and i want to get some. I'm just now sure if i will be able to install them correctly. Any advice? Anything to look out for? Are these just a scam?
It seems wierd that they sell in catalogs for like $80-100, but on ebay they are only $10.

Im getting ready to install some gauges on mine, ive never done it, but im just going to wing it and see how it goes, just make sure if you get them and and they are 140 mph that you get your speedometer re calibrated for it, or your mph will be way off, because your speedo is calibrated for 85 mph

well i wanted to have the 140mph, and didnt want to get my speedo calibrated either, i didnt get the night glow ones, i ordered a kit from www.50resto.com. Its the whole bolt up package, and you put it in and its already calibrated for you, but it cost like 210, but it is white face cobra gauges, so ill be happy with it im sure, 85 mph just dont do our cars justice you know!!!!!
