really easy... jack the car up, support with jack stands... support trans with jack... undo bolts and swap the mount... might have a little trouble with h pipe still on... i know i did mine with my exhaust off, but i dont fore see any problems, take your time and use a wd40 if the bolts look rusted on.

yea if you can take off your H pipe easily it should make it a little roomier down there
anyway
just support it with a jackstand like fatty^ says and replace the crossmember busings with urethane ones while you're taking them off.

did you get rubber/urethane/solid mount by the way?

The mount is either Ford or aftermarket. Do I have to put any perservative on the rubber of the mount?... thought I heard that somewhere.

I did mine in 15 minutes tops.
I did not touch the exhaust.
Just jack up the car as stated above.

After searching on here how to intall a tranny mount, im not sure it its the tranny mount.
Here are the symptoms: In neutral rpms are at 650 w/ zero vibration. As I release clutch in 1st gear or reverse a vibration is felt under seats (middle) but if i rev the rpms a little higher so vibration is felt and there is no vibraiton in any other gear.
