I posted this in the classics but I have a carbed 5.0 based 347.
Know you guys here use Superchargers more than us old school stangs do.
So looking for your thoughts.


Hey guys I finally hooked the supercharger up to the 347.
Scary! I let it idle for a bit,the just quick revved it.
Thought I broke a motor mount, but the whole car just twisted over to the right side and very quickly it hit the rev limiter on the MSD I think I have a 5000 in for now.

This thing has a rattle @ idle.(the Paxton) I can fell a little play in the gears not much just take the pulley belt off and i get a little click click maybe less less than a 1/8" play.
Once the revs go above idle it goes away. Is this normal? This is my 1st super charger its a Novi 1200 Paxton.
