the car has 30 ib injectors and bbk ssI intake, 70mm throttle body and 75 mm mass air, 7ibs of boost from vortech supercharger, adjustable fuel reg, and 190 bbk in tank fuel pump, stock heads , the block is an 306

no cam? it is hard to tell u whats better for you when you dont say what your doing street or drag car what?
and i agree with above ditch the ssi for a better intake then decide.
i would go for like a blower cam,victors,holley or rpm 2 but thats just me

306 you have after market pistons, if you don't have the valve reliefs specific for Twist Wedge you can't use them unless you flycut the piston.
Personaly, I would contact Camshaft Innovations for a custom cam and Canfield head package.

Both are good heads while the TW work well on small CID motors the Jr's favor bigger CID the boost will help with the Jr's. if you are looking for all out HP and gone to grow in CID over the next few years the Jr's are hard to beat and when ported move very big air but if you are not ever gone to stroke it and not looking for every HP you can find and have to pass emissions go with the TW. But the TW when ported work very well also and can move lots of air also. I don't think you will go wrong with either head. I run the TFS TW onmy wifescar and have both TFS TW or TFS High ports for my car. but looks like I am gone with the High Ports.
