Default Timing problems

I have a 94 GT with underdrive pulleys..F303 cam.. Holley Heads W/1.7 rockers..Edelbrock Performer upper and lower intake..Hooker headers..Offroad X-pipe..19lb injectors..373 Richmond gears...80mm MAF...155lph fuel pump..and anadjustale fuel regulator. Does anyone know where I need to have my timing at?

stock is 10 degrees and typically they run well at 13-15 max
