Default motor mounts. which ones?

im looking to get new motor mounts for my stang i was thinking a set of solids but im not quite sure about it. should i just stick with stock ones?

stockers from a 'vert are a decent improvement, but i like energy suspension poly mounts best of anything

Most will tell you not to run solid mounts. I have solid moroso mounts in my car and have no vibrations at all. Alot depends on how well assy is balanced. If your running the stock 302 with stock bottom end you should probably go with poly mounts.

i have heard they do shake the car quite a bit. im pretty sure its a stock bottom end i bought the motor from a guy in VA only had 500 miles on it, poor bastard got t-boned and totaled his car.

I dont know if anyone else has had this problem with solid mounts but my driver side mount completly snapped.
