trickflow question
ive read through most of the post and stuff and most people are saying that the trickflow heads are good, ok ... i am gettin the trickflow top end kit from summit TFS-K514-350370B(comes with street burner intake). i looked at the specs on the cam it comes with and it said that the RPM range was 2,000 to 5,500, but i want to raise the RPM's up a little, i found a trickflow cam that has a RPM range of 2,500 to 6,000 and it has more lift and duration which would mean a nice lopey idle, if i get that camthen im going to go with the track heat manifold to match the higher rpms. Now will it be ok to go with that set up? or just go with what comes with the kit? i am also going with 24ibs injectors, 75mm TB and MAF.
any other suggestions would be great !
Thankx guys !

RE: trickflow question
Iwent withthe Track Heat kit, just built it, but haven't run it yet. It assembled nice and looks good. But you don't need a 75mm TB... Trick Flow recommends a 70mm TB and a 75mm mass air. Get the Pro-M not the C&L mass air. Aslo, 24lb injectors and at least a 190 lph fuel pump is needed. Good 1 5/8" headers and a 2 1/2" exhaust should be used to letthose headsbreath.

Twisted Wedge heads with the larger .600 lift springs, Stage II cam and the Track Heat intake. With these you can use the 24lb injectors, 70mm TB,75MM mass air meter and the larger fuel pump.
With the stage II cam you will need to verify piston to valve clearance.
