exhaust fitment question

Default exhaust fitment question

will a 2.5in mide pipe connect to a 2.25 catback? i know that my catback would be a bottleneck but i just want to know if it will connect. thanks.

should as long as you have the right ends that mate to each other..I have a bbk h-pipe 2 1/2 0n my 92 with a 2 1/4 cat back and the flow tubes mate fine.....they are a little small but not noticable
