call dss racing and ask them if u dont beleave me!!! ask about the. afr 185heads,pro x pistons, level 10 cnc block dss roller rockers hydrroulic roller camshaft its the 331 pro built. if u put the paxton novi 2000 it should make 800 hp 25 psi. unless the guy was liein to me wich i dout. thats what im putin in my car.
The best build I have seen out my way on a S/C 331 is about 675 to the ground after a dyno tune, however I don't think that he was running 25 PSI. The motor was built by an independet shop, fully rollerized and it was balanced so well, you could peg it at 6,000 rpm and the car barely shook. I would want to see proof of 800 Hp, even if it was only to the crank.
i have a 302 in my car right now and its makein little over 500 hp on the dyno
I hope you are using an aftermarket block, if not that thing is a time bomb. And FYI, a level 10 dss block, is the same weak *** stock block, unless otherwise specified.
To the OP, a lightning meter would work. I am using a 77mm MAF on my blown HCI 302, and it works fine.
