did you adjust your rear drums? or you might need a new master cylinder when the seals inside go bad the pedal will go right to the floor with out leaking fluid

The other thing i noticed was that on the driver rear side i took the drum off and theres a small cable inside that is broken..Not the ebrake cable..so im guessing i need a new spring kit do think that could be the problem

That's for the self adjuster. Start by putting some new drums on and bleeding. If the pedalwill still eventually go to the floor with constant pressure with no leaks - you likely have a bad master cylinder. Lucky for you - it is a cheapeasy thing to replace and will give you a great opportunity to change out your super nasty half-waterteenage brake fluid!

Worst case scenario - a Hundred bucks, a case of beer and a half a day later you got new shoes, a new master and fresh fluid front to back.
