the 891/2 and 90 that would cover the "25th" anniv had no armrest

my '90 gt didn't have it either, i was told the cars w/ 25 years badge were all that way (also when they got the 140 speedos)
My cuz's 89 with the 140 speedo has an armrest (missed the badge by a couple months), and my 90 has an armrest as well and it has the 25th badge. I'm pretty sure it was just the early 90's that didn't have it.

My '90 didn't have one and It was real annoying without one, so I bought one on ebay even though it was the wrong color and I painted it with black interior paint and it matches perfect. Its so much nicer to drive now.

my 90 doesnt have the arm rest and it doesnt bother me but i do have full power everything and all black interior with black leather and i do have my plaque

Mine is a 1990 an has no arm rest to i gotta lean the other way and its funny how they had the perfect slot for cell phones in 1990 :P but yeh also mine has power everything Windows,locks,Mirrors and its a 4 cyl

+1 my 90 doesnt have the armrest either and I like it that way. All black/cloth interior w/ power everything and 25th badge. OP, your colors and options seem to be exactly the same as mine
