ok I visited that site and there is a warning and it reads:

WARNING: trying to transplant harnesses from other 5.0L MAF cars to a non-MAF car will be extremely difficult to impossible due to the variations of harness changes each year. Every model year up to 93 had changed harnesses connectors, number of pins, type of connecters, etc. This causes the fuel pump harness, accessories, and some switches and gauges not to work. Custom wiring a transplant harness can take 40-70hrs of work by a certified professional. The harness sold here only takes 1-2 hours max.

what does that mean? is it that hard to convert it?

the warning that they were talking about , is about swapping harnesses into the car that its more time consuming and the varences between years with stick and auto that u may run into trouble , like md said you can do this all your self , you need a mass air pcm , you need to know which terninals to switch around . and you can run your own wire to a maf sensor, i can gather info for you but are you really going to do this , i dont want to waste time , i dont have alot of it on my hands at the moment ?
