whe you say idle is coming down slow do you mean when the car is moveing and in neutral, or just when its parked or stopped?

ACT= Air Charge Temperature sensor. On 89-93 its located in the intake on the drivers side towards the front, to my understanding Ford moved it to the airbox on the 94-95's. Pic is of my old one that I replaced.

So now what? What does this mean? It sounds like it's a computer problem to me. How the hell do you fix something like this?

Philly3384 - Do you run 24lb injectors? I think this may be the problem. After I switched them out, this problem came about. Lemme know what you think. Thanks

yeah i run 24 # injectors but i aslo have a 95 cobra and they came stock like that

You said your car has 24lb injectors? Did you change out the throttle body? I have a 70mm TB on mine. Is there a possibility that it could be the TB size?
