i need a speedo gear for a 88 lx t5 with a 140 speedo does any 1 know were to get it and how to swap it in and a parts # would be great if any 1 knows 1</P>
Did you change your axle ratio? Tire size? If not, why the speedo gear change? The rate at which the needle sweeps across the speedo is set by a spring inside the speedo.
Is your speedo innacurate? You shouldn't have to change the speedo.
It's possible the gear is wrong, but from what I've heard it's a plug and pray kind of event.
