ok so i have 45psi at a cold start and after it warms up 8psihot and 20psi at 2500rpm hot so there is a small amount of rod noise at 3000rpm on decel in park no noise at idle cold or warm can also take it off idle and no noise cold so im gonna drop the member and throw a set of rods and mains in it and a pump any one have any other advice i cought it in time but just wanna get some input oh and it has 80k on it and blows no smoke and the plugs show no oil burning and no puffs in the am start

8psi is way low. It COULD be your gauge. And if that's the case i suggest getting an aftermarket mechanical gauge.
You should have 10psi per 1k rpm. so you probably should check your seals and oil pump.
