Default another supercharger question

should my vortech s trim, with factory pulley be gettin more than 5 psi of boost?? it doesnt seem to get more than 5 ibs

im thinkin it could just be the pulley, since i did buy it used ,it prob does need to be upgraded , and the belt feels tight

How are you tightening it? Are you using a torque wrench?
