Default Need help in Thailand

I have a 1995 Mustang GT convertible. I just ordered from ebay, brand new bare GT40P heads, Ford Racing Headers, and a Explorer U/L intake with the injectors. I'm planning to get a Steeda #19 cam.

1. What valves and RR should I use, 1.6 or 1.7? Which will be better
2. Will I be able to use my stock valve covers?
3. Will I need to change the MAF sensor?
4. Will I need a chip burned because of the new, cam, heads, or will I be able to just bolt everything on and fire her up
5. Does any porting or polishing need to be done to these heads? They are brand new and have never been used.

Thanks for any information. I know most of this info is in the forum, butthe internet here is like dail up. I need to get all the info so I sure I have everything before the engine come apart.

Thanks

1) i'd go 1.7 if you have the stock cam
2) yes
3) no
4) no, bolt it up and go (a custom chip might help....but you don't need it)
5) no it doesn't HAVE to...but i would do the exhaust ports, port and polish, and smooth the intakes a little where they turn, remove the thermactor bump too and comp valve job....this will cost about $300 but double the gain of the heads

I would get a tune, the sn95 computers are much more picky than the fox computers (I know he isn't doing a cam but still)

Plus you will get alot more hp out of it if you do get it tuned

EDIT He is doing a cam, I know the steeda 19s are supposed to be computer friendly but still

Steeda 19s are really computer friendly, just got done putting mine in my 95, absolutley nothing wrong with it. I did know that the 94-95 computers are very sensative but this one doesn't seemed to have phased it.

You don't need to put it on a dyno to get a chip for it, you can get a "canned" tune done by a good tuner that will get you pretty close to where you want to be, as long as the guy doing the tune knows what he is doing

1.6's will be fine ...1.7's will give you roughly .030 more lift
