I thought you run it to operating temp, then unplug the IAC then set the idle, set the TPS, then plug the iac back in.

for my f cam I just bumped the idle speed up to 850 or 900 or so in the ecm. idles just fine now. And you can hear a big sucking sound through the intake off-idle.
I got mine to 1100 and it seems high.
I tried it at 700 and it seemed like it had a big lopey idle.
sounding like it was going to die at the bottom of the lope.
