my buddy and me installed my 3.73's yesterday afternoon. As soon as they were done we slapped a pair of slicks mounted on some stock lx rims and went and had some fun around town. [sm=gears.gif] I love my new gears and if anyone is debating on getting them - Do it!!

shouldnt you go easy after install to wear them in a bit? i dont think putting slicks on and having fun is wearing it in very easily lol, but sounds fun!

ya it was a good time i've almost put 200 miles on the gears already and not a thing wrong.

ive read before you dont need to break gears in but its better to always be safe than sorry

these parts are made to last, but if it makes you feel safe drive it easy..........not! floor it baby!

So him installing them himself and having no problems at all, basically proves 99% of the people on this forum wrong when they say "OMFGZORZ DONT DO GEARS YOURSELF YOU WILL BLOW UP YOUR REAR END WITHOUT A DOUBT!!!!"
