How can I change my AODE to a C-4 or a non electric tranny i was told i would have to do somthing for the speedo and computer

you'll probably have to get a diff speedo gear for the tranny not sure what you'd want though..im pretty sure i saw a chart on the forums somewhere that might help you out..i dont know anything about computer though

Don't change the tranny. Change the computer.
The speedo gear is the same.
You will have to get the PCM tuned, deleting the automatic tranny functions.
