hey everyone,

just writing in to let ppl know that i just installed a shorter belt to eliminate smog pump and i got noticible gains. engine definatly gets up quicker. bout to get rid of all the lines this evening. i manily did it to clean up engine bay.

you just took off resistance and freed up some load. Ive seen our compressors take 18 hp off the engine, while in use and worse if the motor is in poor shape.

I didn't notice much difference when I removed mine, but if you did, then great.

i eliminated my ac and smog and didnt see one diffrence at all
