i bought my 86 mustang 2 weeks ago, and so far ive done a complete tune up and the car runs great, but the gauges inside dont light up and the temp gauge doesnt work.

i have no clue where to begin. im pretty sure if i replace the temp. sending unit might fix the temp gauge. but the lights, does any one have any FSM pics or instructions that might help me?

also the gas sending unit doesnt read the correct gas amount, i put in 2 gal and it says i have a half tank of gas. wtf?

have you checked the fuses?
