Default Changed plugs, cap and rotor and lost power

i changed from ford motor sports to msd cap and rotor and i changed the plugs and gapped them to what they were in the other plugs.. which was .4 and i recently read my codes and it says im running lean is there any reason why i lost power when i changed my wires and plugs or cuz now that i have a good spark now that my lean condition is worse?

regap your plugs to at leat .50 buddy and i would check fuel pressure to see if that might be reason for you to run lean...
