Default S/C fuel mileage

Any of you guys with supercharged 5.0's, what kind of mileage do you get? Im planning on a S trim later with a new bottom end, and want to know what range to expect since it is my DD (besides streetbike). Im only planning on running about 6 lbs of boost which should be supplemental to the new heads and intake combo. Also list what supporting mods you have. Thanks

Depends on the supercharger & what else is done. I could only give you feedback if you're including any supercharger, but i'm guessing you're talking about a centrifugal.

Really so much is going to depend on your driving habits. obviously when you're supercharged and get on the throttle it's going to suck gas down a lot more than before. You can't make more power without more fuel

Plus you need more fuel for the s/c but of course its how hard you are on the gas

I have no clue what I get, nor do I care. If I was concerned about mileage, I would have never modded my car. Since I don't drive the car too often, I don't worry about it. Gonna take a highway trip to CJ's C.A.D. in July, maybe I'll check to see what it gets on the highway then.
