What benefit is it to go lower than the factory 192?

It was 2 different days so my test is not conclusive but I went from a 160 to a 190 with ZERO change in et or mph.

If there is a difference it's not big enough for me to notice. In the meantime I'll enjoy the mileage and heat from my heater running at 190. I've also read engine wear is reduced at normal operating temperatures.
