Default wiring harness question

how many wires from the inside of the car (except the ones from the computer) are involved in sensors on the engine. i have a wirng problem and trying to trace down wires. are the wires from the computer the ones that go to the sensors. i know there will be headlight wires, ect. i just need to know about the motor itself. my aircharge temp, egr, ect, map are showing bad. its a 86 converted to mass air and i thought that maybe the guy who had it before me did not do the conversion right

Default RE: wiring harness question

I am having the same problem. My car's codes are 51, 22, 23, 54, 34, 67, and 82. Whick are ECT, MAP, TP, ACT, EGR, NSS, and TAB. I've changed the A9L with a refurbished unit from ford with no luck. I have figured out that all of these codes have pin 46 on the ECT in common. I've checked continuity between me ECT and pin 46 and it is good. If you figure out what is going on in your car let me know.
