Does it do it all the time...every start up? You should take your belt off and start it and see if it makes the noise still. I would bet is is something different.

could this be because I am using 93 octane and its to high for my engine ?

Higher octane will help eliminate detonation.

Im not sure its detonation, Im just wondering if its not can the rattleing be beucase the octane is to high for my engine.. stock 5.0

no such as too high octane hurting it

check your balancer for damage and check timing.
