Default running rough

my 88 mustang is running rough....it has new stock heads, upper and lower intake, thottle body, 190fuelpump, 24lb injectors, full exhuast, and converted to maf with a 75mm meter. most of these mods have been done in the past month and havent been able to get the car run completely right yet. when the car is idling it shakes alot and the idle speed changes from about 600-1000rpms...any ideas on how to fix this....when i play with the timing i can get it almost perfect, but once i put the spout connecter back in it runs like crap again(is it possible to leave the spout out..what does it do?).....also when i use the timing light its off about 90 degrees.....from reading some of the other post i was thinking i also need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator....sorry for all the dumb post and questions but im only 17 and trying to do all the work to my car myself and im not very good yet..........thanks guys

Don't run the car without the SPOUT connected, it won't let the PCM to advance the timing, which can ruin your engine.

sounds like you need a new harmonic balancer.

with 24 lbs inject.and a 190 lph fuel pump you need a fuel pressure regulator
i can't say it will be the answer to your prayers but i would start there. one more
thing did you buy a brand new iac control?if you didn't clean the old one real
good with carb cleaner.
