the spout is the plug that is in the end of harness by the dizzy, it's grey or black about 1" x 3/4"
the mulitmeter is a multi-digital tester....to set tps you need to be able to read voltage in the thousands. like .990v is really good for tps, key on, but engine off
and then you can test other stuff too, to see whats what
