That's alot of blown gaskets. You cant be sure it was done right the first time if you didnt do it. Since you have to take all that off anyway check the heads and block to make sure they are true and if they are follow the sequence toa T. Are the heads stock with no milling?

Trick Flow Street heat heads new out of the box. I agree the vacuum leak was probably the intake but how in the hell does a ford have an intake leak?! I mean come on, that's a chevy problem. N/A never juiced. It would knock at an extended idle like after about 2 minutes. The gaskets failed between #'s 3 & 4 and also around the fire rings on 6 & 7 if that's any help.

Oh, it never overheats it might go half way up the guage if I was pounding the hell out of it. But I'm running a stock water pump, radiator, and electric fan set up. And like I mentioned the gasket didn't fail around the coolant passages but between cylinders and in the fire control ring.

If you've already checked for a warpage issue with the block and heads.(you did didn't you?)
Proper head bolts, most aftermarket heads on 302 blocks require stepped head bolts 1/2" to 7/16".Bolt stretch is an issue, how many times have they been torqued?
Accurate torque wrench.(Not the bending beam type)
No stripped threads in the block(from using cheap torque wrench)
Overtorquing of the intake manifold can cause problems with head gasket sealing.
Because of the vertical orientation of the Ford design (bolts) they recommend 24 lbs. max

Block was decked and I used new head bolts and they've only been torqued down once. Plus I torqued the lower intake at 20 with a snap-on $400 3/8 drive torque wrench.

I have to agree with you bro.
Dead *** lean detonation will kill your **** pronto.
Sounds like you covered everything else.
Up your fuel pressure, retard base timing and drive it to the chassis dyno shop.
ASAP

Good, but don't forget about a wideband to complement the TwEECer.
