Default Front End Wheel Bearings?

Hey guys. I have a 1990 5.0 Lx. My front end drivers side was making a growling noise at high speeds/RPM and I got my mechanic at work to take a look and he confirmed the wheel bearing is on its last leg. Anyways, I haven't ever replaced wheels bearings before and I was wondering if you guys could help me out? Things to watch for, how difficult is this job, other things to consider ect... anything would be helpful. (pictures) Thanks a lot guys!

Its not hard at all, your best bet would be to buy a chiltons manual but if not than just pay close attention to the order the parts come out of the hub. and when you grease the bearings put the grease in the palm of your hand (use latex gloves to keep the grease clean) firmlypack the grease into the bearing...dont slack on that step either.Put everything back together. Try googling how to change mustang wheel bearings, I'm sure you'll find something. good luck

if you're gonna reuse the rotors ..you'll need to tap the races out of them and install new ones that are supplied with the bearings

you can buy a bearing packer from autozone for like 10 bucks and you dont have to worry about making a mess trying to pack the bearings by hand which is very messy

the race isnt the hub it sits inside the hub. you have to take the whole hub/rotor off to get to the inner bearing the race sits inside it and the bearing sits inside that
