Replace the driver's side O2 sensor after confirming it is connected first, and that there are no exhaust leaks on that side header...... both codes are for that side sensor (bank 2).

do you have cats on the car? if no did you put mil eliminators on?

OBD-I systems don't use downstream or post-cat O2 sensors.... it's a dual-HEGO setup.
