Default Check Engine Light

Keeps coming on randomly. This morning whenever I started going it came on but when I hit my brakes and came to a stop it went off, it was also off on the highway. Can like autozone read a code after the light goes off? Also its a 94 so OBD1 right? I just drove all the way home and it never came on.

SN95's are OBD-I, you may want to run the DIY KOEO/KOER/Cylinder Balance Self-Tests

Got it I think, it threw a code 176 and a 189 which I read what those are but that means what bad sensor? There are no cats on the car.

codes don't refer to sensors being bad all the time just that something has fallen out of spec and a component can be influenced to fall out of spec for various reasons....such as vaccum leaks, fuel preasure.ect ect.......

My book says:
176: heated exhaust gas oxygen sensor voltage signal indicates "lean" bank 2
189: heated exhaust gas oxygen sensor voltage signal not switching: indicates "lean" during part throttle engine operation bank 2

These mean?

sounds like you are running lean, or both 02 sensors are lazy. obd1 is less than accurate for code only diag, i would check for vacuum leaks and clean your maf sensor. if that doesnt work you may have bad o2s
