Hey fellas I converted my car to mass air and when i am comming to a stop it sometimes stalls or idels real low what could be the problems thanks

try adjusting your air idle screw, only turn it half a turn though.

Did you add a VSS? I am sure that is your problem. Is it a 5 speed?

If your car doesn't have cruise, which I am guessing it doesn't, you will need to buy a VSS (vehicle speed sensor...got mine on ebay for $10) and a new speedo cable($25 at Advance Auto)for a car with cruise. Then you will have to go to a Ford dealer and buy a VSS pigtail ($5) and wire it in. The VSS is mounted where your speedo cable enters the tranny, so you will have to remove you speedo cable, and the gear from the cable, install the gear on your VSS, then install the VSS into the tranny, just like you were putting in you cable. Then you will have to put in your new cable. Wiring it is easy...when you get to that, follow these directions step number 6 http://www.stangnet.com/tech/maf/massairconversion.html. If you have any other questions about it. let me know, I have been thru it.

also check the little rubber insert that goes in the maff conector i now it sounds stuped but mine did all most the same thing and i forgot to put in that lil ruber pice so just check it out

My car's having some of the same problems. It stalls and bogs when i give it alot of gas.
