I have converted my 95 gt from an automatic to a t5 manual, i have the pedals in and the transmission is in but i have sensor clips that are missing and or i do not know what to plug to what, any and all help would be appreciated

what sensor clips are you talking about????? pedals?? transmission???

I think that one of them is the kill switch for the clutch, which would make sense that i wouldnt have that sensor, but there is a cable that went from the automatic shifter to a hookup under the dash, i disconnected the cable and pulled it out but there is still a sensor connected to the same cylinder shaped hookup. Will this effect anything or is it just hookups for the automatic, like speed sensor and what gear your car is in?
