lincoln rear disc brakes...

So I just installed this setup in my 93 gt...

-Lincoln rear discs/axels/calipers and rotors.
-93 Cobra e-brake cable/master cylinder
-Willwood proportioning valve.

The problem I am having is I am getting this weird vibration/humming from the rear left tire...its extremely loud. My guess is that the e-brake is partially engaged or something, because if I step on the brake hard, it goes away. or if i pull the e-brake up it goes away....what could it be??? thanks everyone.

-Mike

I had this problem once and it was in the drums on my old mustang like the springs all came off and **** so all i had to do is put it back the right way together. thats what i would check pull off the rotor does it have a rotor brake and a drum e brake?
