I am getting reading to put the rearend back in my car and was thinking of converting over to rear disc brakes (keeping the 4 lugs). Mustangs Unlimited has this kit for approx $700. Does this kit have everything I need. Any thoughts or suggestions ?

I assume you have converted from the 7.5 rear in all 85's to the 8.8 found in 86 and up mustangs??

No.. I am keeping the original rearend. I have no problems with it (so far). Can't I put the disc set-up on with the 7.5" rear ?

you can if you pirate the right set up like one off a thunderbird turbo coupe around those years.. or buy a kit specifically for such

Just buy a turbo coupe rear for $200, the autos have 3.73, sticks have 3.55's. You get a 8.8 with discs and gears
