ir can yes, is it mainly when the engine is hot?
if not...then its more than likely, but not always, the dizzy or coil.

pull the coil connector, hook a test light up, crank car, does it blink?

alot of things can cause no spark...like no power to coil, bad coil, bad cap and or rotor or coil wire, bad tfi module, bad stator in dizzy, faulty output command from ecm..ect ect......you'll need to verify the basics like power to coil, and having a test light and an inline spark checker are very useful in such situations

there is a 22k resistor that goes to this TFI that was accidentally cut and hard wiredwithout this and a full 12v signal was sent to the TFI, I'm sure this destroyed it?? I've rebuilt this motor, tryin to start it for the first time, so its not an issue of getting hot. I seem to get power to the coil, had an inline spark checker and not a thing. i'm gonna replace the TFI and see what happens
