This is a good setup, i found the intake on ebay for more than 100 less than on 50resto, and if i get the good to go right now, im gonna buy it



Edelbrock Performer 5.0 (the one that looks like a stock intake, with a removable plenum cover, normally 550, Ebay Buy it now for 419)

Crane Cams Emissions cam, 200-5500 RPM range http://store.summitracing.com/partde...p;autoview=sku (note, someone said its to be used with 1.7 rocker arms, but it specifys .513 lift with factory [1.6] rocker arms, so)


AFR 165s Stud mount, etc yadda yadda

note, the intake is brand new, guy bought it then had to sell his car, in original box

are u from cali /emissions friendly?

but if u are having to stay smog legal then they should work good together

yeah, i need emmissions legal

plus the fact im 17, and that combo should net me at least 275 to the wheels, right? thats good enough for me, for now at least

also, can anyone confirm if i need 1.6 or 1.7 rockers for that cam?

if you read the add it says advertised lift is with factory rocker ratio=1.6..so no you don't need 1.7's but if you want to use them go ahead as to whether it'll make a difference ...only a dyno would confirm that or raise in et

okay sweet, also, can i trust a set of rollers from ebay? theyre much cheaper on there, and im looking right now to cut down on the price.

scorpions actually work quite well.. I have used them on a few customers cars with no problems
