I know all fords have noisy, whiney power steering pumps. I have replaced my pump on my 1990 GT vert but its still very noisy.
The pump is a reman from NAPA. Also I had replaced the Rack and pinion a bout a year ago due to leaks.The rack is also a reman from NAPA
Please help me!

LOL reman pumps are hit or miss..as long as it's full of fluid and all air is bleed out by turning steering lock to lock 20 times with car off then there is not much you can do..in fact a lot of pumps reman'ed come with a stickerr on them that says it'll be noise for the first 500 miles during break in = crap IMO......but either replace it with a new one or deal with the noise of a reman one and hopefully it'll go a way in a few hundred miles as they state

yeah rebuilt stuff is usually ah. it's just a noisy pump.
