you let the engine get warmed up, detach the vacuum line to the brake booster, slowly pour 1/3 to 1/2 of the bottle into the tube (slowly), at that time you should shut the car off for about 5 minutes and reconnect the vacuum line, then restart, it will smoke out the tail pipes for a little while, just let it idle don't rev the engine, and when the smoke is done coming out the tail pipes you'll be all set.

its a 100% petroleum, and it cleans carbon out of your intake and inside the engine it cleans and lubricates the engine among other http://www.seafoamsales.com/motorTuneUpTechGas.htm
check out the sight
you can get it from advanceautoparts, or autozone

I just bought some last week and it works pretty good. What i did was detach the tube from the oil filler neck and the TB. Pour it into the TB tube while the car is running. It's a 2 man job, one to pour the seafoam and the other needs to keep his foot on the gas to keep it from dyin. Then when the can is empty shut off the car for a few min. Then start it back up it's gonna start to smoke but it will go away. Mine left 2 huge black deposits on the ground under the tail pipes.[sm=smiley20.gif]

I didn't really feel any difference at all but i guess all the carbon i blew out was good. http://www.seafoamsales.com/motorTuneUp.htm
