Default Lx Vs. Gt

Can anyone tell me the difference in the two? I heard the Lx is lighter and the two 5.0`s are the same. I`m talking about 98-93. My 90 came with a 5.0, gt style seats, and takes the larger brake pads......special order maybe? Lx stands for???

GT- sport springs, body kit, different seats, turn down tail pipes, heavier, bigger brakes, rear sway bar, and bigger front sway bar

How are the seats different? Mine came with grey lumbar style seats with the leg support that slides out. Adjustable sides with the crank and air in the back.

My seats have lumbar like I explained above. I also ran out and looked because I thought mine had a sway bar. Yes, it does in the rear. I also remember putting brakes on it a week ago and had a hard time finding pads that fit. The first pair the store gave me were too small when I upgraded to slotted crossdrilled rotors? But I comparied the old brake shoes to the new ones and they were bigger so I had to go back and get bigger shoes. My car is a 90 Lx

i believe starting in 1990, LX's came with the same seats as the GT's. GT's were the more expensive of the two bc of all the options it came with. LX's were obviously lighter, stripped of many GT options. no body kit, some didnt come with AC.
