Should i just port my factory upper and lower intake or should i get the upper and lower intake from an explorer? Im guna have gt40 heads 24lb. injectors f303 cam ford lifters 70mm throttle body bbk pulley bbk cold air intake bbk 255 fuel pump?

My other question is do you think my check engine light will be on with the mods listed above?

No check engine light if the parts are installed correctly. As for the intake, I would put the Explorer intake on, it would be a better match for the parts. As for the #24 injectors, you wont need them. The stock #19 are sufficient enough for the parts listed, also you didn't mention a #24 calibrated MAF.
