87-93 Under Dash Wiring Harness
Are the under dash wiring harnesses all the same for fox bodys? Im wondering if a inside harness from a 4-cyl will work in my GT and does it have to be a 87 like mine?

Some people say they are the same. I've done a few swaps and every time the 4 banger harness would screw up the gauges. When I changed them over with a 5.0 harness everything worked fine. So, IMO, the 4 banger harness will cause problems. The dash harness from a 87-93 5.0 will work fine for you, they are all the same. The engine harnesses were different on certain years. Was that because you had 4 banger guages? Just wondering if it would work on a 5.0 with original 5.0 guages. My thinking is the harness itself should be the same. Just wanted to ask before I try it. I have looked at several 4-cyl harnesses and I can't find any differences but that doesn't mean that there isn't.
