Default flowtech x pipe question

im thinking baout picking up a flowtech x pipe for my 89 gt.....i got mac 1 5/8 shortys...am i going to have any issues fitting it?? also is anyone running this x pipe..i need some input on it. hes only asking 100$ for it and i figured for a 100$ if i dont like it i could just sell it..

I have a flowtech x -pipe for my flowtech Lt's and it works fine now as for the headers[:'(]

how does it sound? did you go from a h to an x? i figured for a 100$ if i dont like it i sell it and get a prochamber..i have the summit h pipe ( it came with the car already on) and i was looking at it...im just not happy with it lol

i have flowtech x-pipe also headers too. for my 92gt. they work fine and sound good

yup went from h to x and the x sounded a lot raspier..I like it better

thanks i'll grab it and throw it on..once i can find someone who can cut my h pipe out and re-weld the x pipe in being that the previous owner had the h pipe straight welded into the flows
