Default Transmission problems

I just rebuilt my C4 & now in every gear it wants to move forward... not alot, it barely tugs when I hit the gas. I've let the engine run for about 3 minutes, I figured that would be enough time to let the fluid circulate. Any ideas?

didnt your kit come with a video or instructions? also to get fluid right you need wheels in air and add 6 quarts at first then put it in gear and run the car at idle speed to you put the full amount of fluids in. rather it be 8 or 10 or etc. then run car thru the gears if you can in the air then button it all up after that

I put the valve body back in & tried that with no luck. I took the VB back out I'm going to try to find a diagram & make sure everything is in it right.
