I just got done reinstalling my MSD distributor, and noticed that the top part sort of slants off to the passenger side of the motor. I checked to make sure it was mounted to the motor right, and can't see anyway that I could have messed the install up. Is this normal? I don't remember if the thing was slanted alittle last year before I did my tear down of the motor.

you might have a peice of debris where the dizzy meets the block. just remove it and recheck it, when you put it back in make sure its going in straight.

I will check again, but it seamed that the shaft was running straight, just the top is sitting uneven, only noticed it becouse compared to my carb, its off

put a level on it and find out. just make sure you are parked on flat ground.
