I just bumped mine up tonight from .81 stock to .99 feels and responds alot better havent hit the pedel to floor lately except once though because I have my new clutch in there and am waiting a couple of more miles to break it in fully thanks for the articles guys they helped i could tell a change.

Put it in neutral and rev it if you haven't done this already, it will rev a LOT faster.

Okay my bad, I'm sorry that I didn't get my Mustang Historians Degree before I joined the site. You could've been a little more polite saying something such as "No the 1986s were fuel injected too". Thanks for the info. I learned somethin today . BTW nice ride.
